final reminder - Cash Letter

Final Reminder on IntoCash stationery: the Cash Letter. It is possible that, due to your relationship with the debtor, you do not wish to send the debtor (in first instance) a dunning letter from a debt collection agency. On the other hand you do not want long outstanding invoices in the Netherlands. In this case the Cash Letter offers a solution.

Urgent request on our stationery: the Cash Letter

Before you have IntoCash take debt collection measures on your behalf, you could also first send a Cash Letter to the debtor. Your last dunning letter on IntoCash stationary is a commercial and efficient way to urge your debtors to pay their outstanding debts. We will send a reminder letter to pay on our stationary on your behalf. Payment will occur on your own bank account in this case. In the letter we will let the debtor know that you have requested us to give the debtor one last chance to pay the debt in full without charging him interest and debt collection fees. The Cash Letter notifies the debtor that they better pay quickly the due amount before they are charged additional costs. The Cash Letter is very effective, in 80% of the cases it leads to payment. A final reminder by a debt collection agency will show the debtor that you are serious. You can request us to send a Cash Letter once you have send a reminder yourself, once the date of payment has passed.

The Cash Letter only costs € 15,00 (excl. VAT); this fee will be charged to the debtor in the final reminder. An example of the benefits of a Cash Letter is for instance that the relationship with you and your client/customer will not be ruined. There is still a basis to work together. Another benefit is that you have noted the debtor in the correct legal way about his debt.

No result? Free Debt collection!

If for whatever reason the Cash Letter doesn't lead to payment we can simply start our free debt collection procedure or our no cure no pay judicial eviction procedure in cases of rental arrears.
